One click replaces the meal with any recipe you'd like (and if you choose, makes it so you'll never see that recipe again). As you use the planner and rate the meals you eat, it learns what you like and your menus get better every week. Because

If you like control
Then you will enjoy using the FormulaZone menu planner. Even though the automatic planner learns as you use it, you can choose to hand-select all of the meals for your menu. Use the powerful search and sort features of the recipe screen to find the recipes and packaged meals
that fit your tastes or allergies, and add them to the menu. With
more recipes than you can point a mouse at, you'll enjoy a variety of meals. Or, if you're like most people, you'll find some favorites and eat them often, trying something new once or twice a week.
