What is RSS?

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a way for you to see the latest news from your favorite websites, all in one place.

How Do I Use RSS?

First you need an RSS Aggregator (don't let the term intimidate you, it's actuall very easy!) If you use Yahoo!, MSN, or GMail, they have "My Yahoo!" (or equivalent) pages that allows you to add and view your favorite RSS feeds. These are called Web based Aggregators.
