And remember the idea is to try and get your nutrients in a 40-30-30 ratio of carbohydrates, protein, and fat at each meal, so some snack ideas like peanut butter on celery wouldn't quite do it - it would be too much fat for the amount of protein and carbs. Low fat yogurt is great - straight out of the container it close to balanced!
