Important Ingredient Notes:
Beef: All beef assumed to be trimmed to 0" of fat.
Beef: All beef assumed to be Select cut, the leanest cut available.
Beef: All beef nutritional values are cooked (not raw) unless otherwise indicated.
Beef: All beef assumed to be broiled.
Canned: All canned items packed in water, or rinsed thoroughly.

Preparation Instructions:
Combine meat and 1/2 the salsa. Shape meat mixture into 1/2 inch-thick patties. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add patties, and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from skillet; drain on paper towels. Spread Refried Beans evenly on bottom half of buns. Top each evenly with Shredded Lettuce, 1/2 of Chopped Tomato and Shredded Cheese. Add meat patty to each bun and spoon remaining Salsa evenly over the patties. Add remaining half of bun and serve with Salad made from Mixed Greens, 1/2 of Chopped Tomatos and Salad Dressing.
