Preparation Instructions: Combine oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and pepper in a jar with lid and shake well. Pour dressing over seafood and add parmesan cheese. Mix well, let marinate for 1 hour. Prepare noodles per package directions. Meanwhile, slice avacados in half, discard seeds. Place each avacado half in an individual ramekins. Divide seafood evenly among avacados. Sprinkle with monterey jack cheese. Place ramekins under heated broiler until cheese melts. Serve hot, and enjoy noodles on the side. |
