1   tsp  Italian Seasoning 0 0 0L

4   Tbsp  Onions, spring or scallions 5 2 0L
1/2   oz  Peppers, Bell, green 3 1 0L
2   oz  Sausage, Italian, turkey 11 34 45L
   cup  Strawberries 37 4 5L
1/4   cup  Tomatoes 21 5 4L

Preparation Instructions:
In a non-stick skillet, heat sausage until cooked through. Add sliced onion and sliced peppers and cook 2 minutes more. Whisk egg substitute with italian seasoning, add to pan and cook until bottom of eggs become firm. Top with cheese and diced tomatoes, then transfer pan to broiler to finish cooking and melt cheese. Fold over to make omelette. Chop strawberries, cube melon, and toss with a squeeze of lemon juice... serve fruit as dessert.
