Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven. Prepare lasagna noodles per package directions. Drain and set aside. Brown hamburger, draining any fat. Combine egg, egg white, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Coat a 9 by 13 baking pan with pam, olive oil spray, or other non-stick spray. Spread 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce in the bottom of the pan, covering the pan with half of the cooked lasagna noodles. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Sprinkle evenly with hamburger. Top with 1/2 of remaining pasta sauce, another layer of the remaining lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, and sauce. Top with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until brown. Serve with salad and dressing.
