Preparation Instructions: Cut potatoes in half. Boil until tender (tip: microwave them for a few minutes first to speed things up). Dice fully cooked ham. In a large bowl, mash potatoes to desired smoothness. In a bowl, combine the potatoes and garlic salt. Spread into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with ham. Whip cream. Fold cheese into whipped cream and spoon over the ham. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until golden brown. |
