Preparation Instructions: Dice pears, cut strawberries in half. Mix pears, strawberries, and blueberries gently in a bowl. Set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken in 1/2 of the oil over medium heat until juices run clear. Remove and keep warm. In another skillet, heat sliced asparagus, sliced zucchini, and sliced mushrooms in 1/2 of the oil. In another skillet, combine tomatoes, soup and cinnamon. Cook and stir until heated through. Return chicken to the soup mixture skillet; top with sliced cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted. Serve chicken with vegetables and fruit salad. |
