Preparation Instructions: Melt 1/2 of butter. Mince parsley and garlic. In a medium bowl, combine cheese, parsley, oregeno, garlic, and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter, then in cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle any remaining melted butter over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes or until tender. Meanwhile, prepare fettucine per package directions. Serve noodles with remaining half of butter. |
