Important Ingredient Notes:
Poultry: All poultry assumed without skin, roasted.

Preparation Instructions:
Cut Squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Microwave on high, flesh side down in water for 12-15 mintues, or until tender. Butter can be melted over the top prior to serving. Cook Chicken Breasts on a grill or in a broiler sprinkling with Seasoning Salt. When Chicken is cooked through sprinkle with shredded Mozzarella Cheese and warm until Cheese melts.
