Preparation Instructions:
Pour Chicken Broth in a large pot and add Pearl Barley cooking for 20 minutes at a simmer. Add Cream Cheese to pot and stir until melted. Add Water, Onion (Minced), BBQ Sauce, protein powder, and Ham (cut into 1/4 cubes) to pot and stir together. Simmer for half an hour or longer stirring once in a while. After adding final ingredient to pot preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix Flour, Fructose, Salt, and Baking Powder in a bowl. Add Milk and mix together. Knead mixture 10 times. Roll out to 1/4 thick and cut into 1 wide strips. In a seperate dish melt Butter and mix in Garlic Salt to taste. Dip bread strips in Garlic Salt and Butter mixture and place on a baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes depending on desired crispiness. Soup should be ready and you can enjoy it with these delicious Bread sticks.
