Preparation Instructions: cut fish into stick size portions. toss with flour. roll in egg, horseradish, lemon liquid mixture. roll in bread crumbs, I use panko but regular crumbs are fine too. heat oik in skillet and sear all sides of fish and then turn down heat for a few minutes till done. melt butter in skillet, add finely chopped onions and cook till opaque. add drained greenbeans and cook till soft and slightly overdone. |
