FormulaZone is a small company dedicated to healthy nutrition - ours, and yours. Here's our story, and keep reading to learn about our Dedication and our Attitude!
Our Humble Beginnings
The founders discovered the best nutrition plan on the planet - (in case you didn't know, it's 40-30-30 nutrition, but most people know it as The Zone Diet). The thing is, after following the recipes in the book (the absolute best book for getting started - The Formula, by Gene and Joyce Daoust), they wanted to expand their choices. Figuring out if a recipe is actually a 40-30-30 recipe can be a pain, so the founders created the Meal Designer (the core of FormulaZone). And, with the Meal Designer, came an explosion of recipes! From recipes entered by FormulaZone staff to the huge variety of recipes entered by other FormulaZone members, there are now well over 1,800 Recipes - already balanced - for you on FormulaZone.
Our Dedication
We love our members. Every single one of them - whether they are just getting started (we love to help people discover this wonderful way of eating!) or are already experts (they contribute so much to Recipes, the Discussion Forum, and more) - we love them. We love to get support e-mails - anything that we can do to help, it truly is our pleasure (and honor!) to help. Believe it! Our Attitude
We do have an attitude - and we are confident that you'll appreciate it.
For example, we are morally opposed to "automatic payments". We don't think you should have to remember to cancel a membership. We hate it when a charge appears on our credit card that is something that we signed up for, but don't want to continue. So we REFUSE to do that to you. You will pay us once - and, if you want to renew your membership, you've got to ask us to renew it - NOT the other way around.
And spam! We get thousands every week. It's the pits (by the way, the hands-down absolute best anti-spam out there is Cloudmark's Safetybar), and we can't stand it. That's why we promise to NOT send you unsolicited e-mails. We will not sell, give, loan, provide, transmit, or in any other way give your e-mail address to anyone, EVER.
How about those automated e-mails you get instead of real, personal responses (you know the ones - they don't really answer your question). They drive us crazy - and that's why we promise to always answer you with a personal response, written by a real person, with no scripts or automated messages.
